would any animal want to come up to me and eat me if i did not do any thing to harm it.

Any animal in general?  Yes alot of animals would eat humans but it usually depends on the circumstances like lions when they are sick or injured will often prey on humans because we're slow.  You asked the question in snakes though so if you mean snake wise reticulated pythons and green anacondas have been known to prey on small children and women but most snakes aren't large enough to eat a full grown male.
