Snake noises every now and then

My snake "Big Boy" is a 2.5ft-3ft Ball Python and he tends to make popping noises and today is the first day i saw a bubble.
I'm concerned and i would like to know whether or not to go see a vet.

Yeah he either has a respitory infection or pseudamonis the latter of which is kind of hard to diagnose and unless you have a vet very knowledgeable in snakes he would probably overlook it.  I would take it to the vet asap if it's blowing bubbles.  Also if you do and they put it on antibiotics and they don't seem to be working it most likely is pseudamonis and you'd have to get a sample sent to an actual hospital for people to have it tested most likely.  I've had 2 extremely large burmese die from it and it's fairly fast acting.
