Science Fair Snake

What might affect snakes more, light or vibrations without heat?

I thought that sounded like a science fair question!  I think it would depend on the intensity of the stimulus.  For example a 40 watt bulb vs. 8.0 earthquake I'd go with the earthquake. And you'll also need to define what you mean by "affect."  Also, do you have more than one snake to test this on?  If not, remember snakes tire quickly so running 2 hours worth of tests on one snake in one setting won't really give valid results.
