Do you know if a boa can get IBD from mites?

HI Patricia.  It is possible that a boa can get IBD from mites. "The snake mite, Ophionyssus natricis, has been found in collections in which IBD has occurred but it is not implicated in all cases of infection". Check out the following site...copy and paste in your browser.
