red and a watery bleeding after removing old shed skin on the tip ov tail

when ive removed the dead skin off the end of his tail it looks if it has been strangling it and it is red and bleeding a watery blood, is there anything i can do to help him or take him to a vet ? thank you 4 any advise

...  From what I can tell based on your question, (might want to proof-read these things in the future...), you could try Neosporin or any antibiotic cream if it's just a small area.  Check the humidity in the cage for the cause of the shedding problem.
