Weird scaly lump on my red tail boas nose

Question
I want to find out what's gong on with my snake and I can't find an answer
anywhere. My snake has a scaly lump or like mound on it's nose it's not like
the ones I've seen on snakes that have been bitten and get infections. It
almost looks like it's just barely on there and could be scratched off but I
don't want to touch it until I find out what it is. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks

Are you sure it is not a tick or mite?

A few things is it inflamed around the lump? Is there a chance it could be rudding it's nose or buring it on a heat lamp?

You could bring it to the Vet and have them remove it. They could then disenfect the area to prevent any infection.
