King snake not eating

Question
   Hello, I have  bought a King snake from a local pet store. It has been two weeks since he last ate, we have tried to feed him but had no success. He ate the first two times and it was a succes but now he wont even look at the mouse. We have a heater and an overhead light for him but he sleeps curled up under his water dish. He is always freezing, our ideas about this was shedding and heibernation.

Hi Jordan,
    I need more info in order to help you. How old is the snake? Are you feeding live or thawed? What is the ambient temp in the enclosure and what is the temp under the lamp? I do not think it is shedding if it has been over 2 weeks and I doubt it is hibernation; my kingsnakes are still eating. Please provide more info and I might be able to help.
