thanks for the advice, sorry to ask so many questions.

i have fed him today 2 pinkys the pinkys, the one pinky i gave it to him alive, its that good or bad?
secondly i noticed that he shakes his tail alot is this normal

Yes....pinkies are fine given alive.  I prefer to feed my snakes live mice instead of thawed. As your snake gets older and starts eating adult mice you can offer thawed or alive ones.
Also....your snake is snaking his tail because he is nervous. That will eventually go away as you handle him more and he calms down.
