How do u tell a ringneck snakes gender?

Hi Sam,

As far as i know there is no simple accurate way to identify males from females. the only definite way to identify the snake's gender is to 'probe' it. this should only be cone by a specialist as you are sticking a fairly sharp metal 'probe' down the cloaca. depending on how far the probe goes, determines which gender it is.

i would suggest taking the snake to a reptile pet shop where someone whould be capable of probing the snake for you,
