Egyptian Sand Boa

I recently purchased an egyptian sand boa and just wanted to know some general tips on taking care of it the best i can. im fairly knowledgeable about it but i can always learn more to improve. i was also wondering how to tell the difference in gender or if its even possible.

While I have sold egyptian sand boas on a few occasions they are not a species I have ever kept personally.  I would suggest going to Google and putting in "egyptian sand boa care sheet."  That should get you several hits, read more than one and use some common sense to figure out which one knows what they are talking about!  

As to sexing, I would recommend probe sexing.  That is the only way to be sure.  The book "The Reproductive Husbandry of Pythons and Boas," would be a good resource for you to have.  Good Luck, BPC.
