Question
I am going to breed cornsnakes and im suppoused to boost the girls calcium .I feed her frozen food so should i start feedind her live mice at the moment or should i give her a calcium supplement on her food ?

Answer
Calcium is probably not needed, but folic acid may be.  As you are giving her whole prey (whole mice), they already have plenty of calcium in them (the bones).  But as they have been frozen the folic acid tends to break down.  If I remember correctly dusting the mice with brewers yeast fixes that, but please research that before proceeding.  I feed live so I don't worry about all that stuff, but it is totally up to you!  Good Luck!
