Answer
There's no way to tell what will happen with her. The only thing that I can suggest is supplying heat and water like you are doing. However, she really needs to see a vet. In my opinion, most snakes that are as sick as you are describing do not recover without medicine.

I just wanted to add a little more after seeing your response. I do honestly think that it's best that you try to take your sick snake to the vet. But I also want to add that snakes are fairly delicate creatures and succumb to illnesses rather easily. You can easily spend $100 or more on a sick snake, only to have it die shortly thereafter. This has been my experience in the past with snakes that are severely ill. If it's going to break the bank for you, then you might want to consider waiting to see what happens first, so that you will have the money for another snake if the worse case scenario happens. I would just hate to see you spend all of your savings trying to save an animal that may be beyond saving. Of course the choice is yours though. Best of luck.
