Question
Thank you.  But it's really dry out here and I have tried all those things you have said.  Nothing works..  Then I tried the heat lamp with water source next to it and it dried out her cage even more..

-----Question-----
Will it be ok to use humidimats for my ball python?

-----Answer-----
Ball pythons dont like a lot of humidity, too much can give them painful blisters all over which can get infected and lead to serious problems. Having a waterbowl close to the heat source should give enough humidity as well as spraying the tank with a spray bottle a few times a day when shedding. Hope this helps

Answer
A humid hide could work, a large tub with a hole in the side filled with moss under the heat lamp should stay humid if you spray it regularly as long as there is a lid on the top. Get an accurate humidity gauge as some of the ones for sale are not very accurate. At least then you will know that its not becoming too humid as a lot of people think snakes need more humidity than they really do! Good luck with your snake
