help!

Ok. I have about a 6 or 7 month old California king. He used to be really really calm and eat any time food was offered. But since his last shed he refuses to eat or even act like he is afraid of the mice. I moved him to a smaller tank and he still is refusing food. Any suggestions? Tried the brain slit and stomach slit. Not losing wait but looking slimmer.

  How long has it been since he has eaten? I would not be too worried unless he goes 6 weeks without eating. Check your husbandry to make sure everything is correct and make sure you keep him well hydrated. Snakes are weird when it comes to eating. I had a cal king named Hannibal who was like that. He would eat 2 or 3 pinkys in a sitting then not eat for weeks.
