can bigger and smaller corn snakes live together?

Question
So we got a couple of corn snakes about a year ago and they are about 2 feet long now.  We just adopted another one who is about 4 feet long.  one of the smaller ones is a male and the other 2 are both females.  we keep the small ones together now and we don't know if it is ok to put all of them together or not, and if the bigger female would try to eat the other ones.  thanks for your help!

Answer
Kylee,
It is hard to tell. The official politically correct answer is this: snakes should never be housed together. Why? In the wild, snakes do not hang together. They are generally solitary creatures (save for some snakes during the breeding season). Even then, they are in the open and can get out of dodge if needed. On the other hand, I house most of my snakes 2 to an enclosure. My Macklot's is housed with a carpet. My paradise island tree snake loves my hognose. Long story short, you can give it a try. The only thing that concerns me the difference in size. Any time you house a bigger snake with a smaller snake, you are taking a risk.
