Question
I have a baby snow motley corn snake i bought from a pet store. they fed him pinkies (frozen/ thawed) and thats what im using. its been a month now since he/she has eaten. i have wiggled the mouse with tongs in front of the mouse, ive left the mouse overnight, and ive done the braining method. all have failed. should i be wooried? what do you suggest i do? i was thinking about buying some geckos but i dont know. any tips? thanks for your help.

Answer
Mike, My first suggestion is to take the snake to the pet store, explain your problem, see if they kept a feeding record. If they sold you a snake that wont eat, I would ask them for a refund, exchange, or for them to keep the snake until they could make it eat. A lot of pet stores pull that crap to get rid of inventory that will not eat. Otherwise, my only suggestion is to first try live pinkies, then take the snake to a reputable vet if that does not work.
