schneider skink advice

so i just bought these two schneider skinks. i have a 30 gal tank, along with an in tank heater, calcium sand for easy digestion, a big rock for hiding, reflector dome with 100 watt bulb that i turn off at night. so i just want to know if it is okay to care for them and take them out and get them used to me. i have been doin it daily for about 5 to 20 minutes. i dont want to get them stressed out and want to make sure they are comfortable and healthy. i feed them about once a day or every other day. i feed them an assortment of crickets, superworms, veggies, and frozen pinkies once a week. This is the only pet i bought for myself. I put a lot of thought into these animals and have a deep compassion for. (ive had em for almost a month and have had no problems). I would really appreciate your advice and any other advice you may express. thank you for your time.

 Looking at your diet, you must have done a bit of research. Have you considered a source for UVB?  What kind of substrate?  Water source, Temperatures?  I will give you a short care sheet that is available at this link:
