White growth on tail

Hello,
I have a female mali uromastyx and she has a white spot (growth) on her tail, where it connects to the body.  I  was wondering if you know any information about this.  I am going to try to find a reptile vet around my area to get her checked out.  Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Robert,
Hm, is it hard or soft when you press on it?  It is most likely a cyst that reptiles do get from time to time.
What the vet needs to do is to biopsy & culture some liquid or tissue from it, to see what it could be & if it grows anything on a culture.  
Most of the time, they are benign, just growths.  It does need to be looked at though. :-))
