Bearded Dragon has an orange tounge

I have 2 bearded dragons that are normally very healthy. Yesterday I took them outside for some real sunshine and exercise. Well, I noticed that their tounges were a really bright orange and its normally bright pink. I'm really concerned about them as my kids and I consider them our family not just our pets. Please help!

Do you have any picture of your dragons?

What foods or fluids have you given your dragons?  Did they possibly eat anything from outside that could have been toxic?
How are they acting, lethargic or active?
Have they eaten anything recently since you had them outside?
