Question
we just found 5 eggs in a pile of mulch...they are long and about half the size of your middle finger..they seem almost bouncy do you have any clue what they may be?

Answer
Sue, they sound healthy.  Do not rotate them!  Either keep them in the mulch where you found them or in some other similar substrate (slightly damp vermiculite works well) and keep them at or below 88 F.  NO idea what they are so if there are egg-laying venomous snakes in your area be careful.  Where do you live, that would help me determine what they might be.  BPC
