thank you for your question.
I have never seen anything like this. I can say that those are not frog, toad or newts eggs. Those would look different (clear, with a black spot) and above all not crunchy.
Does it just look like that or do the eggs have a sort of lid? These are (probably) butterfly eggs and if you look closely at some of them, you can see that they have a lid that was opened when the caterpillar hatched:

If they do have a lid, it would help with narrowing down the possibilities.
