So I got a 10inch, 15w , 10.0 repti glo for my bearded dragon hes a Male Yellow hypo 3monuth old and he is healty just want to no if this bulb is good. Its not a Coil one

Unfortunately no, the Reptiglo 10 tube or compact/coil either one are not good.  If you have it placed far enough away from your dragon alonside of a bright white basking light, he should be safe from the low wavelength UVB exposure.  However, the main problem with these lights is that they do not put out the proper UVB wavelength which over time, will inhibit his ability to synthesize D3.  That will contribute to metabolic bone disease after awhile.
I realize that you just purchased it.  You can use it for awhile as long as you don't see any symptoms of his eyes closing or lethargic behavior.  I would try to upgrade to a Zoomed Reptisun 10 tube bulb instead.  It is safer, & the UVB wavelength is the proper wavelength for D3 synthesis.
