lizard on fence
i live in a rural community in jupiter florida in northern palm beach county...i saw this lizard hanging out in my backyard.. he is about 18" from tip to tip, has a trangular head, body color dark green with yellow freckles, and a yellow line surounded by black.... basic question is what type of lizard ids this ..see pics

Hi Joe,
I believe its a Knight Anole. They are native to Cuba, but have been showing up in Florida.  It may have been someones pet that they tired of an released or it may have escaped.
