Question

my turtle my baby turtle as a mouth problem, Its bottom shell part of the mouth is gone please tell me why and how i can help her

Oh my! How long has your turtle had this problem?
Can you tell me what your setup is like, such as the tank setup of lighting, heating, & humidity, etc?
Are you using a UVB light for him? Are you using calcium supplementation? This is probably a nutritional deficiency of some type. What types of foods are you using?

Are you housing your turtle with any other animal? Could he have injured himself perhaps, though it doesn't appear to be an injury.
Can he support himself or walk properly?
