peeling issues

my female bearded dragon (age 1) has been shedding but this time her tail and back legs are still white and seem quite tight. i have bathed her and she is eating as normal. it has been like this for several weeks now should i be concerned?

Yes, I believe it's time for a soak for 20 minutes in shallow warm water, followed by some gentle rubbing with a wet wash cloth, to get all of that off.  Constricted dead skin can cut off blood flow to extremities, and cause loss of toes and tail tips.
