Hi Pam, i'm about to get a uromastyx and i was wondering about it's enclosure size and what i could use for it's hideaways thats not too exspensive, what i could use for a substrate, and should i use a 150 watt or a 100 watt heat emitter.

However, it is slightly dated.  Instead of the ZooMed bulb, right now the best overall source for UVB/UVA is the Mega-ray, which you can find at www.reptileuv.com.  Also the wattage would epend on the size of the tank, which you did not mention.
