Answer
Hi Sharon,
You don't want to use straight Betadine as its too strong on reptiles.  Diluting it to the color of a weak tea is recommended to wash the area with. As to the tail, that is most likely a natural break so other than not using a loose substrate(strongly not recommended as sand and other loose substrates are deadly to leos)(paper towels, newspaper, ceramic tiles are best) and possibly the application of a dab of antibiotic ointment a time or two, it should heal on its own. As to the puncture wounds, a vet should really be contacted as its hard to tell how deep the wounds actually are.  You can apply the antibiotic ointment to those areas..but do call a vet, especially if your leo does not improve in the next 12-24 hours, or gets worse, or if the wounds are draining. If drainage occurs, then that's a major sign that there is an infection and will need an oral antibiotic ASAP. Do not use peroxide as it destroys the good tissue if used more than one time as an initial cleaner for the wound.
I am sure she is in shock and unfortunately, shock can cause death so keep a very close eye on her. If she isn't eating in a few days, all all else looks fine, then again...call a vet.
