Dragon follow-up

I sent pictures of my dragon's issue (3/13 post)per your request.
I was wondering if you can identify the 'part' in question.
I researched anatomy of Beardeds and there wasn't much info.
Incredibly, considering his age and the traumatic situation, he's doning very well. All seems normal. Clean conditions no meds.

How is he doing, now?  
I am not sure what the questionable part was.  This is a strange case & I have not seen anything on this before.  I had though that maybe it was built up urates or sperm that had accumlated for some reason.
So there is no sign of infection, how does the hole look now?
Is he able to go to the bathroom normally?
I am glad to hear he is hanging in there, for an older dragon!  Very remarkable.
