fire-belly frog neurological problem

Question
I have a fire-belly frog that appears to have a neurological problem.  He is in a tank with 4 other male fire-belly frogs and a male paddle-tail newt. When he gets excited he has always spun around in circles, but just within the last 2 days his head has started to move uncontrollably from side to side and he has difficulty keeping his balance. Note: Just did water chage and changed filter media "2 days ago".

Well, I am not sure what you're requesting as you haven't really asked a question.  Would I agree with what you have said might be neurological? It sure sounds that way to me.  The best thing is to take it to a vet to make sure its not a virus or contagious to the other amphibs.
