Question

Zaku
I was wondering if a Tokay gecko is able to live in the same or similar enviroment as a leo. If not, what kind of gecko can?

Answer
Hello Jayvin,

No, I don't think that would be a good idea to house Tokay geckos with a leopard gecko.  One main reason is the size difference in the two.  The Tokays can get up to 14 inches while the leopard geckos are on average around 8 or maybe 9 inches.  That could become a problem, so I would hate to chance the safety of one of the geckos.
I would get another Tokay to house with another Tokay.  It is normally best not to mix species as they each have their own unique fauna & bacteria.
