Question
Can green anoles be kept with other animals if so can you please tell me what species.

Answer
Hello Sean, some people will house Green Anoles with House Geckos because they are similiar in size, and have similiar requirements. However I beleive that every species should be house with their own species and not be mixed at all. So my answer no, you can not keep them with other animals, wether it be snakes, other lizards, turtles, cats, dogs horses etc. But some people do keep them with House Geckos. If you must house them with another animal then make sure its another lizard not a turtle or snake because they will kill the anole. If this lizard is ANY bigger then the anole or will grow bigger then the anole then NO, it will kill the anole. If it is smaller be careful because they anole can kill it. If its the same size like a house gecko or maybe a brown anole then you have to make sure that you house them separately for at least a week after getting the new one to make sure that he is eating and acting normally so that you know he doesn't have any diseases that can spread to your Anole, if you cant do so then I suggest a vet check up. Many reptile diseases spread really easily and you need to be careful. Once you do house them together keep a really close eye on them to make sure nobody gets hurt or bullied into not eating. This is really common especially with different species. Anything else let me know Good luck!
