Green lizards

How can I scare off these lizards around the house & yard without killing them?

Well, my initial reaction would be why do you want to get rid of the lizards? The reason the lizards are there is there is a food source for them to feed on, maybe there is a high population of spiders or other invertebrates that they are eating.
