iv been trying to find a pet store in my area tthat has uros but its almost imposible to find one. so im thinking of geting 1 online but i was wondering is it safe?

Hello Nick, if you don't mind me asking, what area do you live in? I might no of a breeder who may be close enough. If I don't then online is safe as long as you go through reliable web sites. http://www.deerfernfarms.com is located on the west coast of the US and they do ship and are the most reliable that I know of. Prices can get high but they are a very reputable breeder. All their animals are very healthy and bred captive.

If you find a site that you like you can ask me and I will tell you what I have heard from it. Most of the breeder pages the ones specifically for Uromastyx are good safe sites but other ones like lllreptiles.com or reptilesncritters.com usually only have mistreated wild caught animals. So a breeder online is good try to find one as close to your location as possible to ensure a better chance of live arrival (some sites also gaurentee this)
