Long-tailed Lizards

Could you tell me how to sex Long-tailed Lizards? I can't seem to be able to get a straight answer from anyone :S

You probably can't find an answer because they are not very commonly kept or bred in captivity.  The males will have a thicker tail in the area just past the vent (cloaca).  That is where they store their hemipenes.  The males are also larger and more brightly colored.
