my chameloen He is very skinny and has developed a bulb by his back left leg I was wondering what that could be? i feed him well and make sure he drinks water but i haven't been giving him vitamins its almost like he is constipated and he is very weak! Please help me!!!

Wow, that is quite a bulge!
How long has he had this for? How old is he?
What is your set up like, are you using UVB light & if so what type & brand are you using?
If he is not receiving UVB lighting or receiving calcium on a regular basis then it is probably metabolic bone disease. This disease will cause horrible bone deformities, constipation, weakness, loss of balance & a myriad of other health issues.
It could be impaction. What type of foods are you feeding him? What substrate is he on?
What are the temperatures in the tank?

I would start using a chicken or turkey baby food & begin feeding him through a plastic syringe or plastic dropper, daily.
Do you use a mister in his tank, or a drip system for hydration?
