Question
Hi my Bearded Dragon is only a year old and she is very agressive towars me and my family. Why is this and how do I treat her or help make her calmer. Oh by the way I hold her regularly. Oh sorry but what might be causing this behavior. Pleas help me!!!

Answer
From 6 months to a year, dragons go through a sort of teenage angst phase.  Also, how are you picking her up?  If it's from above, that could be part of the problem.  From above is what predators do.  Scooping from beneath is a far better way to pick up reptiles that can be prey in the wild.  If she squirms, keep her until she calms, and only return her to her habitat when she is calm.  Eventually she will learn that calm behaviors will get her what she wants.
