Sick redtail boa

I havd a M and F pair of RT boas, aprox 3 months old. The male male has not fed in 3 weeks and has suddenly become "dizzy". I've raised the temp and humidity without success. The female is feeding well and in excelent condition. No mites or any other parasites are vissible. Im in South Africa and don't know of any Vets I can take the male to. PLEASE Help !

Magnus, while I understand your problem, I don't understand want you would have me do...  I can't see your snake, I don't know anything about it's history, I don't know how it's kept, and I have no idea what "dizzy" is...  Could be 2000 different types of parasites or a bacterial/viral infection.  You need a vet.  Contact the people you got the snake from and ask them which vet they use.
