urgent heath question

godzilla   My sons water dragon is about 1 1/2 years old recently he has been keeping his eyes closed closed and the right side of his mouth has begun to swell and look dicolored. He also hasn't been eating. How can I help this little Guy??

Poor thing, he doesn't look well.
Please tell me what type of set up he has, such as the temperatures, the humidity & the type & brand of UVB you are using, too.  Do you give calcium several times per week?
What are you measuring the temperatures with, a digital probe or a temp gun?
Has he eaten anything at all recently?
It looks like he could have possible metabolic bone disease, or is being kept at improper temps or has the wrong lighting on him.
