Question
I have a male 4 about 2 months so I decided 2 get another one so I got a
female cause I read somewhere in the Internet that having 2 males in one
tank won't be good for either one of them so I bought a female I put her in
the tank and she won't eat move or nothing still breathing but very limp
what should I do put it in another tank and see what happens to
determine if she is just stressed out or return her to the store thanks Kevin

Answer
Hello Kevin,

You are correct in the fact that it is not wise to house 2 males together, really of any species though.  They are way too aggressive.
The best thing at the moment, for the female, would be to separate her into her own tank for a little while.
The move from the store to a new home is very stressful on them, & probably sharing a tank with another may not be something she is used to either.
Was she apparently healthy prior to you bringing her home from what you can assume?
It is always best however, to quarantine any new animal once you bring them home, before putting them in with your current animal.  This ensures that no disease will be passed onto your healthy one in the case that the new one may have a disease or other problem not seen at the time.

Do you have a picture of her?
