Sunken head and eyes, very lethargic bearded dragon

Question
Hi, I plan on calling a vet in the morning for my bearded dragon but I am a bit worried and would like to see if there is anything I can do for my dragon for the time being
Out of no where my 5 month old female bearded stopped eating, I thought it was due to stress of a recent move. Then I noticed blood in her stool, I let it pass for a few days knowing she ate without any heat light on her for a day thinking the food didn't digest properly.
Shes drinking a lot of water when put in the bath, I have been feeding her pellets and Gatorade with a syringe the past 2 days. Her stool isn't very solid, mostly a light green from the pellets but I haven't noticed any blood today. Her eyes and the top of her skull are very sunken in though and her skin is wrinkled. She's very lethargic, she holds herself up but mostly lays there.
I have a UVB strip and a heat bulb reaching around 105 degrees from 8am to 8pm. She has no substrate at the moment but is usually on newspaper.
I appreciate the help, i just want to know if a trip to the vet is necessary or is it possible to nurse her back to health on my own. also any suggestions on what to be feeding her while I'm using the syringe still. Anything to make her more comfortable.
Thank you,
Elisabeth

Answer
Hello Elisabeth,

Sorry to hear your dragon is not doing well.
Which UVB fluorescent tube are you using, which brand?  How close is it to her?
What type of basking light do you have, a bright white light or a colored light?
How often do you give calcium, daily?
You can also use chicken or turkey baby food along with some squash baby food to help with nutrition since she is not eating.  Also, you could try critical care powdered formula also.
You can purchase that from here:

What feeders was she previously eating & how large were the feeders?
