my skinks is not eating and is lethargic (doing nothing but sleep) and i havent seen her poop

i have a young skinks named skinks and she has not eaten in 6 or so days and she has done nothing! yesterday i had to force feed her and i know that skinks do not like to be handled so i had to stop and only got this much food in her <->. today i found her sleeping in the watering dish and i nudged her and she just tried to got back under. and mostly when i open the lid she would get startled and go hide but she didn't even notice.

do you know what is wrong with my blue-tailed skinks?

i have been trying to feed her, her two meal worms but when i put it in front of her she just ignores that and i haven't seen her go to the bathroom either.

If you could tell me a little more about the problem I could help more maybe how you're keeping her on what substrate, what she usually eats, what kind of heat, what kind of cage.  I would assume it's a heating issue unless the skink is sick.  As for not eating blue tongue skinks like alot of different foods mine have always done well with mixed fruit babyfood and things like that.
