I still think that those are the fat pads.  What do you feed him, & how much do you feed him?
How old is he again?
If you want to make sure, do take him to the vet, just to ensure that there is no infection brewing in him.  I am pretty sure that his fatpads are just squishy.  We have had leos with that before.  He is very healthy or appears to be right now.

Do you have a vet to go to?

QUESTION: Hi well I forgot to mention that the one on the other side is not really there anymore. Its just that one but I may just take him to the vet  but I feed him meal worms. He eats about 3-5 worms every other day. I am not sure how old he is but I am guessing that He is about 7 or 8 months (He has his reproductive pores though). But ill see about taking him to the vet. Thanks again.

Hello Michelle,

Ok, if one side has the lump & the other side doesn't, there could be a problem.  It would be a good idea to have the vet look him over just to make sure it is not a hematoma or an abscess of some sort.
If you can see the pores he is definitely male.  :-))
So is he eating pretty well right now then?  
Let me know how he is doing.  Do you have a vet who knows something about reptiles?
