I have an iguana and ive just noticed that he has a big bump on her neck and she is turning white in different places on that one side where it is. i have a friend who is a wildlife rescue guy and he said that it could be from that she hasent sheaded. what do you think it is????

Do you have any pictures of the bump to show how it looks?
If she is turning white, then she is probably going to shed her skin in those areas.  
The bump could be metabolic bone disease.  What type of UVB light do you use?  Is it a fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  
How often do you supplement with calcium for her?
