chinsse water dragons

Hi, i woke up this morning and the dragon was feed as normal, he ate well, he then changed a dark colour green and became lifeless and was piratically able to be put in any position without him moving...please can you let me no if this is normal.He is 4 months old and my first reptile ??!!!

 It sounds like he became very stressed about something.  Do you have other pets that may have perturbed him or people tapping on his tank?  How long did it take for him to come out of it?  Has he had his well-lizard check up at a reptile vet yet?  Just want to rule out parasites.
