Questioni was wonderin if it was ok to use golf course sand for the bottom of my dragons cage or what kinda sand i should use i know that the sand u get from the pet store is prob the best but if i cant get that then what is the second best
Answer If you have babies, use paper towel, newspaper, or my favorite, non-adhesive shelf liner to prevent impaction. If you have dragons over 12 inches long, snout to tail or six months old, you can use washed, sifted children's playsand. I keep the shelf liner and let them have a sandbox to dig in, it just keeps sand out of their food.
