They usually tend to shed around once a month, on average if they are healthy & eating well.
Make sure you have a moist, warm humid hide to help with the shedding process.

QUESTION: When i pick up my 4-5 month female leopard gecko it makes its tail go in a circle.I know that means shes scared so if i put more support when i hold her would that help? Well if you have any suggestions please help.

Hello Liv,

They are very sensitive & do get scared pretty easily.  Though sometimes their tail mannerisms also indicate curiosity too.  They will do funny things with their tail when they are hunting or checking things out.

Yes you can make sure that her tail is supported when you are holding her too.  That can definitely help. :-))
