Answer
Hello Susan,

Well, there are several reasons as to why your iggie may not be going to the bathroom.
Do you have any UVB Lighting for him?  If so, what type & brand are you using, is a flourescent tube light or a compact or coil light?  How old is it?
What type of basking light are you using, is a bright white light or a colored light?
What are the temps in the tank & what do you use to measure the temps with?  A stick on thermometer, a digital probe or a temp gun?
Do you know what the humidity is at?
What type of substrate are you using?
Do you supplement calcium 5 times per week?
What do you feed him?
It sounds like it could be metabolic bone disease which is common when not enough UVB light is being used or not enough calcium is being supplemented.  Can he support himself on all four legs easily & does he climb around alot?
How large is his tank?
Can you post a picture of him for me?
