my red eared slider turtle is bloated and bleeding frm under his shell...

help please!!!...my turtle is bleeding frm under his shell...and also he is very bloated!!..what could of caused this to happen?....please help!!!

Hi Momilani, Those are serious medical symptoms and your turtle really needs to be seen by a vet quickly. My main concern, if this were my turtle, would be that he has possibly developed a case of  bacterial septicemia (a bacterial infection of the blood ).
In any case, those symptoms are beyond treating with husbandry or diet changes, he needs immediate veterinary care. Good luck.
