snake curled up in my back tire

pic 1   Hello, I would like to know what kind of snake this was, some think it's a chicken snake.  While others think it's a copperhead I have these pics posted on Facebook with great debate.   Please help settle this once and for all.  Thank u!  

I have many more pictures it's about 5feet plus length with a white belly

Yes, that definitely appears to be a rat snake, possibly a black rat snake.  It's absolutely not a copperhead.  (I believe that 'chicken snakes' are a common name for several species of rat snakes out that way).  So, harmless.  Hopefully sent on his way to continue eating rats, if he survived being in your tire.
