Sick Gecko

About a week ago my step daughters Gecko developed a small bump near his tail.  The bump formed underneath the start of his tail near the rectum.  It has grown in the past week and now it looks bruised and purple.  He was eating normally but yesterday we fed him and he threw up the meal worms.  He has been in good health overall until now.  Please help.  Thank you.

Well B, I am not sure if the injury and the regurgitation are connected.  The regurgitation may have been just from eating too many mealworms.  The injury though is kind of got me boggled.  It might be something serious and it also may be connected to the regurgitation as a possible infection.  Honestly, getting the little guy to a Vet would b your very best option just to be sure everything is all right.
